In short: we collect only what the app needs to work (your email, your gift lists, your plan). We do not sell data, show ads or track you. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Your gift lists may contain names and addresses of other people (the people you buy gifts for). Please only enter what you need for your own gift planning. We use this information only to show it back to you.
3. Card and payment details
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland). You enter your card details on Stripe's page: we never see or store your card number. Stripe acts as an independent controller for payment data; see stripe.com/privacy.
4. Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting of the app and database.
- Resend: sending sign-in emails (servers in the EU, Ireland).
- Stripe: payments (see section 3).
- Google Fonts: the app loads its fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the page opens.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- Account and gift lists: until you delete them or ask us to delete your account.
- Sign-in codes and related IP addresses: 24 hours.
- Payment and tax records: 10 years, as required by Italian law.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use one technical cookie (regali_sess) that keeps you signed in for up to 60 days. Your browser also remembers your language, selected year and filter on your device. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so no consent banner is needed.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to restrict or object to its use, by writing to . To delete your account and all your lists, write from the email address you sign in with. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Age
The app is meant for adults. Purchases require you to be at least 18 years old.
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change applies.

3. Dati della carta e dei pagamenti
I pagamenti sono gestiti da Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Irlanda). Inserisci i dati della carta nella pagina di Stripe: noi non vediamo e non conserviamo il numero della carta. Stripe agisce come titolare autonomo per i dati di pagamento; vedi stripe.com/it/privacy.
4. Chi tratta i dati per nostro conto
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting dell'app e del database.
- Resend: invio delle email di accesso (server nell'UE, Irlanda).
- Stripe: pagamenti (vedi punto 3).
- Google Fonts: l'app carica i caratteri da Google, che riceve il tuo indirizzo IP quando apri la pagina.
Alcuni di questi fornitori hanno sede negli Stati Uniti. I trasferimenti sono coperti dal Data Privacy Framework UE-USA e/o dalle Clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea.
5. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati
- Account e liste regali: finché non li cancelli o non ci chiedi di cancellare l'account.
- Codici di accesso e relativi indirizzi IP: 24 ore.
- Dati dei pagamenti e fiscali: 10 anni, come previsto dalla legge italiana.
6. Cookie e memoria del browser
Usiamo un solo cookie tecnico (regali_sess) che ti mantiene collegato fino a 60 giorni. Il browser ricorda inoltre sul tuo dispositivo la lingua, l'anno e il filtro scelti. Non ci sono cookie pubblicitari, di statistica o di tracciamento, quindi non serve il banner per il consenso.
7. I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli o riceverne una copia, oppure di limitarne o opporti al loro uso, scrivendo a . Per cancellare l'account e tutte le liste, scrivi dall'indirizzo email con cui accedi. Hai anche il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Età
L'app è pensata per adulti. Per gli acquisti devi avere almeno 18 anni.
9. Modifiche
Se questa informativa cambia in modo rilevante, te lo diremo nell'app o via email prima che la modifica si applichi.
